The Ballot Chokepoint
A March 2026 Trump executive order directed the U.S. Postal Service to build a system that uses state voter lists to decide which mail ballots get sent — with software able to track and potentially block ballots — over its own officials' and a federal whistleblower's warnings that it could disenfranchise large numbers of voters. The real threat to mail voting isn't fraudulent voters (vanishingly rare); it's this.
Operation Cyclone
The CIA's 1979–1992 covert war arming the Afghan mujahideen through Pakistan's ISI (~$2–3 billion, one of the largest covert operations in its history) — the real, documented crime, graded honestly, and the popular 'the CIA created al-Qaeda' overreach graded FALSE/MISLEADING.
The Guatemalan Genocide
A UN-backed truth commission found the Guatemalan state committed genocide against the Maya during the 1960–1996 civil war (~200,000 killed, ~83% Maya victims, worst in the 1981–83 scorched-earth campaign under Ríos Montt) — and the United States armed, trained, and financed those forces, a role President Clinton apologized for in 1999.
Who Controls the Internet?
An analysis of Jack Goldsmith and Tim Wu's 2006 book 'Who Controls the Internet? Illusions of a Borderless World': the 1990s dream of a free, placeless, ungovernable internet was a myth, because territorial governments retained control by coercing the people, servers, and intermediaries inside their borders — a thesis borne out by China's Great Firewall, the EU's globe-spanning GDPR, and the fracturing of the net into a 'splinternet.'
The 9/11 Questions
A living catalog of the documented circumstances that have led serious people to ask whether the official account of 9/11 is complete — each graded strictly, no perpetrator theory asserted. Three angles are live, all anchored to the World Trade Center: the building's economics (asbestos liability, privatization, the Silverstein lease weeks before); the insurance (a multibillion-dollar policy, the two-occurrence fight, and the 2007 $4.55B settlement the NYT reported as 'available for rebuilding'); and the associations (Silverstein's documented friendship with Netanyahu set against Israel's real, archive-documented false-flag history — with the 'Israel did 9/11' reading graded FALSE/MISLEADING); and the explosions (survivor, firefighter, and same-day-broadcast accounts of blasts — FACT that they were mainstream and not a fringe invention, with the 'explosions prove controlled demolition' reading graded FALSE/MISLEADING on the NIST record).

Every piece moves through four stages before it goes live, and the record of that passage is archived with it.

Research
Hypotheses are generated, connections mapped, and questions surfaced. This stage's job is to ask, never to assert — nothing leaves it as a finding.

Verification
Every claim is graded against the primary-source record, one at a time. Nothing inherits a grade from the claim sitting next to it.

Right of Response
Anyone named on the site can object, correct the record, or add context. Responses run verbatim, alongside the original claim.

Pre-publish legal review
An eight-item checklist archived with every piece: sources captured, grades assigned, forbidden words audited, standing invitation present, signed off.
Five grades, hardest to softest.
Every claim carries one — stamped FACT only when the documents are there, or flagged honestly as smoke we're still chasing.
- FACTTakes: A primary document or on-record admission that settles the claim on its own terms. · Refuses: Reporting about a document. One outlet's characterisation. Anonymous sourcing.
- PROBABLY TRUETakes: Multiple independent reports plus corroborating documents — but no admission and no court finding. · Refuses: A single outlet, however good. A document that implies rather than shows.
- SOME SMOKETakes: A pattern, association, or unexplained payment we can document but cannot yet explain. · Refuses: Anything that already clears a higher bar. Anything we can't document at all.
- PURE SPECULATIONTakes: An intuitive reading with no evidentiary support yet, tracked in public so it can develop or dissolve. · Refuses: Any presentation as established fact. Any repetition elsewhere as settled.
- FALSE / MISLEADINGTakes: A claim in circulation that the primary-source record contradicts. · Refuses: A claim we merely doubt. Disagreement is not a disproof.
The scale doesn't care who you voted for.
The grift is bipartisan, so the documentation is too. Democrats, Republicans, royals, billionaires — same plane, same plays, same evidence bar. A claim is not graded up because the subject is inconvenient to one party, or down because they are useful to another.
That is the whole reason to grade one claim at a time: no finding inherits its credibility from the one sitting next to it.
