Jeffrey Epstein's own project was eugenics dressed as philanthropy — and his money and network reached into the tech elite. Contact is not complicity, and this deck carries every denial as prominently as the allegation.

The NYT reported in 2019 that Epstein told scientists he wanted to 'seed the human race with his DNA' by impregnating women at his New Mexico ranch. He was a prolific funder of transhumanist and genetics research, using lavish dinners to lure elite scientists. Transhumanism in this register is modern eugenics — the same intellectual family as the neoreactionary 'natural hierarchy' ideology. We report what Epstein said he believed; we do NOT claim his fellow scientists or funders shared the breeding scheme.
His money landed in Peter Thiel's funds — ~$40 million into Valar Ventures.
Per the 2025–26 Epstein files, Epstein invested ~$40M across two Valar Ventures funds (Thiel's firm) in 2015–16, after an introduction reportedly by Reid Hoffman; a Thiel spokesman confirmed Epstein was a limited partner while denying he 'co-owned' the fund (the stake was later valued ~$170M). This is Epstein money flowing into a Thiel-cofounded fund — and we make NO claim it implies Thiel knew of, endorsed, or shared Epstein's ambitions.
Reid Hoffman convened the room — and has said, in full, that he regrets it.
Hoffman helped bring Epstein into MIT Media Lab fundraising, visited his island in 2014, and hosted a 2015 Palo Alto dinner Epstein later boasted about in an unsealed email naming Zuckerberg, Musk, and Thiel. We are precise about the disputed part: Epstein's own email is the source for who was there, and at least one named guest disputes it. What is not in dispute is Hoffman's role as host and introducer — and his own 2019 statement that he 'helped to repair his reputation and perpetuate injustice,' for which he was 'deeply regretful.' We carry that in full.
Epstein's records document contact with technologists including Brin and Gates — and Musk firmly denies attending the dinner.
The 2025–26 files document contact between Epstein and a range of prominent technologists (Brin and Gates among the names alongside Thiel and Hoffman). On the Hoffman dinner specifically, Musk firmly disputes attending ('Epstein used Reid being there to try to get me to go … the opposite effect') — a denial Hoffman contested in turn. We carry Musk's denial as prominently as the email that names him. A name in a trafficker's correspondence is contact, not complicity, and we grade it as exactly that.

Epstein's eugenics belief is not a side note — it sits in the same intellectual family as the 'natural hierarchy' canon the tech-right cites (see It Has a Rulebook and They Published the Plan), and his money and introductions ran through that world (the Epstein Class hub documents the network in full). The discipline is the whole point here: the ideology and the contact are documented; the leap to complicity is one the record does not support, and we do not make it.
