The Untouchables · Investigation · 2005–2026
The Untouchables.
How wealth, position, and the seams between jurisdictions let some people evade accountability for sexual crimes. Graded case by case; the spine is impunity, not any group.
FACT
§2 · Thesis
Some people never face the court — not because a conspiracy springs them, but because bail, borders, non-extradition, and the deference paid to money and rank add up to an exit the rest of us don't have.
Impunity of the powerful, full stop. A conviction is a conviction; a charge is a charge; an allegation is an allegation. Never a claim about a people.
§5 · Graded Claim
Tom Alexandrovich: an Israeli cyber official arrested in a Las Vegas child-sex sting posted routine bail and flew home before his arraignment.
PROBABLY TRUE
Arrest, charge (felony luring), $10,000 bail, and departure to Israel = FACT; his guilt is charged-not-convicted. The 'someone fixed it' theory is refuted by the record — the DA called the bail standard and the State Department said the feds did not intervene. The impunity is structural, not a favor.
The record
The spine: impunity is a mechanism, not an identity.
- Flight — a border a defendant can afford to cross, and a state that won't extradite.
- Position — deference, delay, and the benefit of every doubt bought by money and rank.
- The gaps — the seams between jurisdictions and agencies where a case quietly dies.
§5 · Graded Claim
The pattern is documented elsewhere too — the Law of Return loophole is cross-linked, not repeated.
FACT
The mechanics by which accused offenders have used citizenship and non-extradition to place themselves beyond a court's reach are documented in the existing Law of Return loophole investigation, which this hub cross-links. We build the through-line, not a duplicate.
The record
How this hub is graded.
- Convictions = FACT. Charged cases = named as charged, presumption of innocence held on guilt.
- Cases touching a foreign state = specific, sourced instances of an accountability gap — NEVER a claim about a people.
- 'Someone fixed it' theories are tested against the record and dropped where it refutes them (as with Alexandrovich's standard bail and no federal intervention).
§7 · Why it matters now
Why it matters.
Impunity for sexual crime among the powerful works through the same few levers — flight, position, and the gaps between jurisdictions. We name the mechanism and pin each case to its record; we do NOT generalize from a case to a group, which is both false and the fastest way to discredit the documented parts. The hub cross-links Epstein Class and Self-Dealing, where the same immunity of the powerful shows up in money as it does here in crime.

- OpenThe ICE-detention sexual-abuse record — convictions separated from systemic allegations before it graduates to a spoke.
- OpenThe Epstein-era allegation against Donald Trump — handled, if at all, strictly as an attributed allegation, never our own finding.
- OpenPardoned child-sex offenders and any documented ties to power; wealthy figures charged with running or supplying trafficking operations (ice-cbp model).
